Brunswick Stew

This is just one of those meals that I can never remember what goes in it. (Maybe that's why people make recipes). Anyway,  this has 6 Yukon Gold Potatoes (other potatoes get mushy) boiled in Chicken Broth then add a cup of Frozen Lima Beans a cup of Frozen Corn a can of Diced Tomatoes Then add in two chick breasts sauteed with onions, garlic, oregano, basil, and parsley Salt and Pepper to taste

Tomato & Rice Soup

This is a thick tasty tomato soup.  I often make it without rice.  You can use tomato sauce instead of diced tomatoes.  It saves you from having to blend it.

Salmon & Beet Salad

Beet Salad and Salmon.  Cook the beets (I used 3),  chop a shallot and a celery stalk.  Add spinach or any other green you prefer.  Toss with a vinaigrette dressing.
